Senior ICT Infrastructure Engineer

Tasks:

Actively participate in projects aimed at improving ICT services and implementing cuttingedge solutions
Create new or improve existing solutions and processes to improve workplace experience
Work as a team to ensure that all tickets are owned and progressed through their lifecycle to a prompt resolution and agreed customer closure, ensuring timely escalation to another team as/when necessary
Manage and meet SLAs and OLAs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a closely related field
Expertise in ICT Infrastructure, Networks, and Security
Excellent teamwork and problem solving skills
