Claims Handler

Pay Bracket:
Up to £25,000

What does the role involve?

  • Proactively run own caseload to achieve all relevant Service Level Agreements
  • Effectively handle all customer interactions
  • Successfully manage third party suppliers to drive cases to settlement with service, cost and timescales in mind
  • Consistently produce high quality work in line with internal processes and guidelines
  • Adhere to relevant governance and regulatory processes (Data Protection, TCF, Information Security)
  • Take responsibility for own selfdevelopment
  • Contribute positively to both great team culture and teamwork

Who would be the right fit?

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Selfmotivated with a drive for continuous selfdevelopment
  • IT skilled
  • Good at problemsolving
