Claims Handler

Up to £25,000

What does the role involve?
- Proactively run own caseload to achieve all relevant Service Level Agreements
- Effectively handle all customer interactions
- Successfully manage third party suppliers to drive cases to settlement with service, cost and timescales in mind
- Consistently produce high quality work in line with internal processes and guidelines
- Adhere to relevant governance and regulatory processes (Data Protection, TCF, Information Security)
- Take responsibility for own selfdevelopment
- Contribute positively to both great team culture and teamwork
Who would be the right fit?
- _Preferred_ claims experience
- Great customer service skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Selfmotivated with a drive for continuous selfdevelopment
- IT skilled
- Good at problemsolving
