Responsibilities:


  • Interview Support: Manage interview logistics, virtual meeting setups and in person meetings. Execute in person interview support, including meeting room management and meetandgreet for a seamless experience. During peak periods, this may require being present in the office 3/4 times a week
  • Ensure timely communication with all parties involved in the interview process
  • Assist in the creation and processing of invoices related to recruitment services and expenses
  • Direct queries to the appropriate team members or handle routine matters independently
  • Provide administrative assistance to the recruitment team as needed
  • Collaborate in planning and executing various events and programs related to talent acquisition
  • Provide valuable insights and assistance in streamlining logistics for events, contributing to the overall success of talent acquisition initiatives

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in recruitment or HR
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using Word and Excel. Experience with Greenhouse is a bonus
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Detailoriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
