Job overview:
We are looking for a enthusiastic motivated individual's to join our Bariatric Service. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the integrated health and social care organisation.
You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills which will be utilized with in this multi-disciplinary health care team.
You must be proficient in providing planned care and be able to take appropriate action in achieving set goals with minimum supervision.
Main duties of the job:
- To assist the bariatric team in coordination of their multidisciplinary team clinic.
- To update databases and communicate effectively with the wider team.
- To provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
- To support the team with general queries.
- To provide wellbeing and motivational calls for those awaiting bariatric surgery experiencing prolonged delays
- To participate in support and support groups for patients before and after surgery

- English and Maths A-C
- Experience of working with members of the public or a desire to work in the Health Service
- Basic IT skills

- Understanding of routine work procedures gained through a short induction period and on the job training
Qualifications:
