This role will work closely with the Finance Director and will focus on data analytics across both their listed REIT and private funds.


Role responsibilities include:

  • Budgeting, forecasting and management of the key board reporting pack components.
  • Cashflow monitoring, analysis of budget variances and preparation of presentation materials.
  • Provide strong modelling skills, plus commercial and analytical support.
  • Develop weekly and monthly management information packs and supporting analysis.
  • Ongoing management of models and forecasts.
  • Production of relevant KPI's and financial data for board reporting.
  • Degree/Masters qualified (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate Investment)
  • Advanced Excel modelling and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
