    Welcome to the exciting opportunity at our client's company!

    Are you ready to join the team as a Customer Service Quotation and Contracts Specialist? This role is all about being the main link between the company and its customers, making sure everything runs smoothly and everyone is happy.

    • Salary: From £31,400 per year PAYE
    • Location: West London (with possible local and international travel)
    • Hours: Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week (with potential overtime)

    Job Summary:

    The Customer Service Specialist collaborates closely with various teams to ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately, leading to high customer satisfaction levels and successful business projects.

    Key responsibilities involve effective communication with internal and external parties, focusing on maintaining strong relationships and achieving business profitability targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage Customer Support emails
    • Act as the primary contact for customers
    • Provide regular updates to customers
    • Organize and attend production meetings
    • Prepare and issue status reports to customers
    • Coordinate with customers for deliveries
    • Handle warranty claims and customer complaints
    • Build and maintain customer relationships

    Requirements:

    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to interpret and implement contract specifications
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP systems
    • Experience in multitasking and relationship building
    • Self-motivated with strong selling skills

    Education & Training:

    • Experience in the Aerospace industry preferred
    • Prior Customer Service experience
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills
