An opportunity has arisen within a reputable manufacturing organisation for a HR Professional to join a wider HR team.

This is a fantastic opportunity, and my client will consider someone with a couple of years' experience working within a junior HR roleor someone who has recently graduated with a HR degree.

Key responsibilities will include:

Support and work with the wider HR team to ensure the smooth running of the function
Manage, maintain, and improve internal HR Systems
Data analysis, pulling reports on various HR metrics and reporting back to the HR Manager
Lead on development of digital platforms
General day to day HR Admin including recruitment
Answering queries face to face or through a busy HR inbox
Getting involved in various system projects
Any other administrative duties as required to support the HR function.

What you will need:

If no experience in HR, you must have a HR Degree or equivalent to apply
CIPD 3 is desirable if no degree, but my client will consider equivalent experience
You MUST be confident on excel
Able to work alone and as part of a team
Can do attitude with willingness to learn
