Our client, an electronics manufacturing business in South Yorkshire, seek to appoint an ambitious Project Manager to join the projects team.

This includes managing resource, coordinating the efforts of team members, managing third-party contractors/consultants, and providing a single point of contact to the project Customer both internal and external.

• Directing and managing projects from beginning to delivery. Defining project scope, goals and deliverables. Managing Customers, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers.
• Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team lifecycle.
• Support and manage contract cost at completions, maximising margin ensuring cost base is minimised. Prepare and maintain contract risk and opportunity plans/budgets.
• Establish and implement effective project management processes, tools and reporting mechanisms on achievement of the programme and budgets

• Minimum of three years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of project development and execution.
• Experience of leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team, providing instruction and direction, across multiple projects at different stages of the engineering cycle.
• Excellence in the use of relevant IT including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
