Competencies

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Has the ability to work to company set deadlines.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answering the telephone and directing calls to the relevant people.
  • Daily filing/archiving and control of documents.
  • Scanning and shredding.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Adding waste sheets/pallet total sheets stats into spreadsheet.
  • General office paperwork.
  • Maintain an organised office environment.
20 hours per week 9.30am-1.30pm Monday - Friday.

£11.44 per hour.
