We are partnered with a large, primary school in the heart of Trafford that are seeking to appoint a strong, SEND Teaching Assistant to support children in Early Years who have additional needs.

This role is to start in January 2023 and will be full time.


The role will involve supporting in the main class on a one-to-one basis, to ensure the students can access the intended learning outcome and is engaged throughout the day.

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will also be required to assist with the planningof specific learning programmes. Additional duties will include preparing materials and resources, and giving support to both staff and pupils as directed.


The successful SEND Teaching Assistant must have a caring, positive, and resilient attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team, and the ability to use your initiative and to work without supervision.

Applicants should also have experience in schoolsand preferably Early Years experience.
