About the Role


As HR Business Partner for National Functions you will work in partnership with the Head of HR and key stakeholders to deliver strategic elements of the People Plan.

Your key partners will be Executive Directors for Governance, Strategy & Communications,Finance, Priory, People & Organisation and Fundraising. You will be a key member of the HR Leadership Team and will drive delivery of the People Plan.

Can be based at any manned SJA office.

About You


You will have previous HR generalist experience gained within a service / customer focussed environment, be able to manage a complex caseload and be prepared to significantly contribute to HR projects.
