I am delighted to be the exclusive recruitment partner for this impressive D2C business who have achieved fantastic growth from scratch over the last decade and now have a roster of niche brands that sell successfully in the sports nutrition space.

They are now looking to recruit a new role to the business to focus on a newly launched range of Products in the Health and Wellness market.

You will essentially be managing all the organic Social Media activities for the business, primarily Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook and Twitter

This is a fully homebased role.

With the Head offices based in Leeds you will ideally live within a couple of hours of Leeds to help with occasional meet ups.

The Role:

Create a social media strategy and manage all organic social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, traffic & follower count.

Research the current Social & TikTok trends and develop an integrated strategy for Tiktok

Ensure all social media content is in line with brand tone of voice and upload content to social media platforms, Instagram & TikTok

Create a content strategy alongside the marketing calendar

Research, identify and engage with suitable influencers within the Health and Wellness and nutrition sectors as well as Celebrities & TikTok stars and develop an outreach strategy to engage with them.

The Person:

This is a pivotal and new role in the business and as such you will play a pivotal role in helping grow this newly launched brand.

As such the role will suit a highly confident and skilled individual who can get passionate about the Health and nutritionsectors

Due to this you must have extensive experience of the above, be passionate about all things Social

Have a strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Be an independent, highly creative individual who can think outside of the box

Have the proven ability to grow social reach and the ability to increase engagement rates across TikTok or other social media platforms

Experience of outreach and dealing with influencers.

This Social Media role is a remote role and can be based anywhere in the UK. Preference would be within 2 hrs of Leeds for occasional company get togethers and face to face meetings. Effectively core locations it would suit are Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester,Hull, Bradford, York, Sheffield, Nottingham, and surrounding areas.
