Who You Are / Your Next Challenge
We have a great opportunity for a results driven, confident and commercial individual to join the Moneycorp Private Dealing team in the capacity of

Private Dealer - Established Business (Maternity Cover).

Moneycorp Dealers are at the forefront, ensuring that customers and their transactions are at the heart of our business, through the expert, friendly voice at the end of the phone.

You will be our customers' first point of contact, providing our expert telephone dealing service and account management.

You will ensure transactions are executed efficiently and that customers have a positive experience in all interaction with us becoming advocates of Moneycorp.

What we're looking for / Skills that will help you in the role

Experience in a telephone based sales environment
Customer portfolio management
Understanding of the mechanism of financial markets, payments, and demonstrable awareness of the foreign exchange market
Understanding of digital customer service delivery
Experience dealing in foreign exchange markets desirable

To succeed in this role you have to think quickly on your feet and be able to provide clients with up to date market commentary on a regular basis; knowledge of markets, products and services is a key requirement along with strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory obligations.

This is an exceptionally demanding role where you will be part of our vibrant Dealing team and work towards achieving targets as set by your line manager.

Please note:
This is position is full-time on a fixed term contract for 12 months. The role is expected to be office-based in London as part of the UK International Payments team.

However, we have an agile flexible working policy which enables you to work up to 2 days from home if desired.
