Administrative Assistant - Pensions - Admin and secretarial - Broughton


The Pensions Team is a friendly, busy team dealing with a wide range of tasks including pension legislation, financial data and technical queries and support to the business and members of the multiple pension schemes.

Administrative Assistant - Pensions Responsibilities

  • Support the Pensions team via a range of administrative tasks both on and off line
  • No two days are the same so it is important for this person can adapt their work list to meet priorities of the team
  • Maintain the ongoing day to day customer service delivery
  • Monitor and implement processes for both internal and external providers and stakeholders in accordance with standard operation procedures to ensure and efficient, positive and easytouse experience for employees, HR teams and the wider business
Administrative Assistant - Pensions Skill Set Essentials

  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Experience in a similar admin support role
  • A good level of written and spoken communication skills
Administrative Assistant - Pensions Desirables

  • Experience within a pensions or finance department
