Book and process flying requirements for Flexjet and PrivateFly.

Work with colleagues to prioritise tasks and find creative solutions to problems.
Improve aircraft occupancy by marketing emptylegs to colleagues in Europe and the US.
Provide industryleading levels of professionalism when communicating with our network of operators.
Listen to the requirements of our customers' requests and provide proactive and immediate assistance.
Calculate quotations promptly and accurately using webbased software, in accordance with our SOPs.
Negotiate terms of booking with new suppliers to ensure our cancellation policy is not exposed.
Full administrative sales support, including raising client paperwork and securing payment.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures, with fanatical attention to detail.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and suppliers.
Support business needs as requested by senior managers and leadership.
Liaise with owner services team on trip details to ensure flight execution.
Problemsolve for required aircraft changes due to irregular operations with a focus on customer needs and cost ramifications, such as unscheduled maintenance and cancellations.
Maximization and optimization of the Fleet schedule via the charter market where necessary.
Work with scheduling, owner services and operations to assist in the recovery of AOG aircraft.
