We are recruiting a Customer Service Executive for our client who are an award-winning pet insurance company who genuinely care for their staff.
You will be paid a salary of £21k along with LOTS OF GREAT PERKS.

For this Customer Service Executive role, we would love to see CV's from people who:
- Are a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, who can actively listen, fact find, handle objections and close sales.
- Have solid customer service background (any industry), a totally customercentric approach, who finds it easy to build rapport at all levels.
- Are organised with a "cando" attitude and great attention to detail.
- Love working both independently but also as part of a team within a fastpaced environment
- Have a sound knowledge of MS Excel / Word / Power point.
As part of your role as Customer Service Executive some of your core responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound sales and customer service calls from potential and existing customers alike
- Setting up new policies and updating existing customer records along with other administrative tasks
- Outbound calls, converting warm leads to live policies.
- Maintaining and building relationships with veterinary practices and practice staff to drive leads and reinforce partnerships.
- Firstline complaints handling in line with the company's complaints procedure
- Keeping up to date and adhere to industry regulations and company procedures including adherence to GDPR
