As a Teaching Assistant in this SEND unit, you will play a crucial role in supporting children from Reception to Year 6 with a diverse range of additional needs.

From Autism to Speech and Language Difficulties, your dedication will contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere. Can you... Collaborate with class Teachers to implement tailored support strategies for individual students.
Provide one-on-one assistance to students with various learning challenges.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Support the emotional and social well-being of students, promoting a sense of belonging.
