Description
I have an exciting opportunity for immediate start for an experienced customer service advisor. This is initially a temporary position on an ongoing basis.

You will be responsible to ensure effective and efficient communication to customer enquiries in conjunction with the accurate entry and processing of customer order.

Process and manage logístical movement of goods and orders between all operational channels from order entry through to delivery to Customer.

Supply additional support for other areas of the customer service process as and when identified by the Customer Service Team Leader.

Primary Responsibilities


Take ownership of complaint handling and issue resolution for all types of customer/consumer, including returns handling for both brands as directed by your Team Leader.

Liaise with other departments and Team Leaders with a root cause and rapid continuous improvement approach to issue resolution and prevention.

Process customer orders including credit memos, via company systems

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role. Proficient to at least intermediate level in MicrosoftWord, Excel and E-mail.

Salary:
£12.90-£13.10 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
