    Description

    Mbf are collaborating with one of the leading Financial Planning & Investment Management companies in the UK; they have a solid background and an outstanding reputation. Although they have a national presence, they have managed to preserve a tight-knit, welcoming atmosphere - the financial planning sector has seen significant growth in recent years with ambitious expansion plans for the present and future.

    Their current need is for a skilled IFA Administrator to join the team and offer full support to a group of successful financial planners and a portfolio of HNW clients.

    The Role

    • Establish & nurture strong relationships with the Financial Planners and their clients
    • Collaborate closely with Paraplanning and other internal teams to ensure efficient and high-quality administration leading to exceptional client outcomes
    • Ensure that client reviews are timely & appropriate following documented service levels and regulatory guidelines.
    • Assist in organizing reviews and preparing for meetings in a structured manner
    • Verify that client files pre & post meetings contain all necessary information and documentation, guaranteeing the accuracy and currency of all client data
    • Handle all post-meeting administrative tasks, including processing Letters of Authority and submitting business to different platforms and providers to ensure punctual and precise completion
    • Maintain a foundational level of industry knowledge through personal study and attending workshops, among other activities

    To Be Considered

    • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a similar role
    • Demonstrated responsibility, accountability, and a proactive and intuitive approach
    • Strong attention to detail and a sense of pride in one's work
    • Effective communication skills - written, verbal, and attentive listening

    Package

    • Up to £35,000
