Since our inception in 2013, Remedium have championed the recruitment of permanent healthcare professionals, supporting our clients to drive more efficient and consistent patient-led care, address future healthcare workforce staffing demands and reduce excessive agency locum spend.

Mission of the Role:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the Commercial Director to understand their team's marketing requirements and to produce content accordingly, including short videos, one pagers, case studies etc.
  • Conduct and analyse original research into the NHS workforce in order to publish branded white papers which engage our clients.
  • Write copy for our client blog according to SEO requirements.
  • Manage gated content for client audiences on our website and track results.
  • Manage the company's annual social media client content planner.
  • Collect marketing data and metrics on a monthly basis for analysis in partnership with our marketing manager.
  • Monitor digital activities of competitors and share a report with our SLT on a monthly basis.
  • Work on the recruitment CRM to highlight useful data and trends.
  • Create and share social media content for clients using Canva and Hootsuite, and making basic video edits as required.
  • Create and share a monthly newsletter with relevant content for clients.
  • Work with the BD team in the UK to develop their personal branding.
  • Work with the UK sales team to understand the live jobs and compose adverts on the website and socials.
  • Organise in person events worldwide and webinars ensuring we receive a high number of registrations and attendees.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with marketing team in India and all other relevant teams across the business.
  • Be the guardian of Remedium brand and champion our Remedium Values (both individually and ensuring the allocated team follows the values diligently).

Qualifications:


  • Resultsdriven individual.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and project management skills.
  • Confident and dynamic personality with a cando attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Experience with Bullhorn and Herefish (desirable).
  • Editing experience on iMovie or similar (desirable).
  • 23 years' previous experience ideally in the healthcare sector/NHS/recruitment marketing.
  • Desire to work in a fastpaced, start up business.
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken (essential).
  • Educated to degree level a degree in public health would be advantageous.
  • Course accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing is beneficial.
