Our Client are looking for a Tenancy Administrator to help their Property Managers based in Bristol.

Job Description:

Computer/office based
Registering tenancies onto bespoke web system
Answering phones
Someone else registers all new tenancies onto our CRM system. This role then places these details onto our web based Tenancy platform. This platform/system then auto chases Tenants and guarantors to sign off all legal paperwork.

Salary - £22k - £24k DOE
