What to expect
This is a vital role supporting our friendly team of lawyers, paralegals and legal executives in the Edinburgh office.
This role will include the following:
- Wide variety of office administration tasks
- Managing office supplies
- Working closely with our front of house reception team
- Providing reception cover where required: welcoming clients, preparing for meetings, setting up lunches, events
- Health & Safety checks, including fire alarm tests and coordinating reviews of the building
- Liaising with Facilities team about maintenance issues
- Dealing with any onsite contractors
- Space planning
- Setting up hot desks
- Liaising with IT department
- Assisting with some office mail requirements, including local delivery and collection on occasion
- Overseeing office recycling
- Assisting with office security

- Some previous office administration experience will be an advantage but is not essential for this role.
