Description
Compliance

  • To comply with all Stores standards relevant to the product including GMP, BSI requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • To be willing to raise and discuss issues relating to the Quality and any procedural noncompliances.
Process

  • Responsible for all material flow from Goods Into Despatch.
  • Ensure that all material transactions are systematically adjusted and are 100% accurate.
  • Ensure FIFO is applied in all areas of Stores.
  • Complete accountability on all Non-Conforming material.
  • All manufacturing requirements are processed in a timely manner in conjunction with Stores procedures.
  • To transport materials and finished goods where authorised to do so.
People

  • To work with and support all members of your team.
  • To communicate relevant information to colleagues.
  • To be willing to raise and discuss improvement initiatives with your Supervisor.
Quality

  • Be aware of the company's quality policy and ISO 9001 Quality Management System
  • To preserve product quality at all times.
  • To comply with all manufacturing standards relevant to the product including planning documentation, work instructions & IPC 610 workmanship standards.
  • To be willing to raise and discuss issues relating to the Quality of the product and any procedural noncompliances.
Environment

  • Be aware of the company's Environmental Policy and BSEN ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
  • Be prepared to work in a manner which reduces waste and discuss any issues or improvements with your Supervisor or Production Manager.
Health & Safety

  • To work in a safe manner, never placing yourself or another employee in danger.
  • Do not operate equipment if you are not trained or authorised to do so.
  • To report immediately any equipment that may not be fit for purpose.
  • To raise and discuss any issues relating to Health and Safety with your Superviso
