CLT International (Part of our T&E) is a global provider of education for professionals working in financial services. The company is UK-based with a global student community and has trained over 21,000 professionals, working in private wealth, succession planning, and investment funds. CLTI maintains relationships with some of the world's largest financial and legal institutions, regulatory bodies and government departments.

Main Purpose of Role:


Responsibilities:


  • Provide payment guidance to students, supporting with information on invoice or account status.
  • Provide enrolment and course date guidance signposting students to the enrolment process.
  • Support the system processing of prospects and leads ensuring they are added to the CRM.
  • Support the quality review of student data and duplicate record management.
  • Arrange for access to study material, including confirmation of enrolment and course delivery information. Distribute invoices to students and employers and coordinate payment where necessary.
  • Support the team in measuring the inbound volume and performance of all service level activity.

The skills and experience required:


  • Experience in an office or related administrative role (education or membership desirable).
  • Excellent IT and usage of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills, supporting daily service level management of inbound volume.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using a CRM or student management systems (e.g., SITS, Salesforce, or other) is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
