The Real Estate Litigation team acts for a wide range of clients, such as PLCs, banks, insurers, and also government/public bodies. We engage in the full spectrum of Real Estate disputes work – so it's a great place to learn and get exposure to high-quality work.
We have an excellent reputation in the regional and national markets and provide a supportive and friendly team environment giving you a great platform to develop your legal skills and career. The role may suit someone who is a general commercial litigator looking to specialise or a real estate transactional lawyer who wants to get involved in more contentious matters.
The team is led by Partner, Martin McKeague. They work closely with the Real Estate Group and Housing Litigation team lead by Partner Karl Anders.
We are looking for either an Associate or Senior Associate to join the team.
