- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on site operations, including waste volumes, recycling rates, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving site operations and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience: Proven experience in waste management or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with waste management practices and regulations. Proficient in using computer software for reporting and record-keeping.
