_KONG_ is Glasgow's newest contemporary day and night destination serving drinks, good vibes and great times. We're open 7 days a week, all day from midday until 3am in the heart of the city center, located in the previous One Up site.

The role will involve

  • Help manage the bar/floor
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Estimate future needs for goods
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation & safety requirements
  • Train new and current employees
  • Report to General Manage, Assistant Manager & Duty Manager
  • Ensure all paper work is being filled out correctly

Requirements:


  • Experience in a similar job role
  • Customers service experience and able to deal with complaints
  • Able to work in a highvolume environment
  • Keen knowledge of food & drink
  • Strong leadership skills, motivational & people skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 28-30 per week


Salary:
£10.50 per hour
