    Overview

    Ideally, we are looking to appoint an inspirational, ambitious and talented Key Stage Two Class Teacher to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team for September 2024. The role of the class teacher is central to the success of Marsh Gibbon CE School and is a position which has a direct impact on the outstanding learning opportunities provided to the pupils.

    We welcome applications from experienced teachers as well as those Early Careers Teachers (ECTs). We have various opportunities for leadership development within the curriculum and across the whole-school. Whatever your teaching background, we would love to hear from you

    Term time only

    Salary Type: MPS

    Salary details: £30,000 - £41,333 (M1 - M6)

    Contract type: Permanent

    Hours: Full time

    About the role

    All the Class Teachers at Marsh Gibbon CE School are line-managed by their phase leader. Class teachers are responsible for the day-to-day teaching and learning provision for all children in their class, including those with Special Educational Needs, English as an Additional Language, those more-able learners and those eligible for the Pupil Premium Grant. You will receive coaching and mentoring from experienced leaders to ensure that you are supported in all aspects of what you do.

    Therefore, we welcome applications from experienced teachers as well as those Early Careers Teachers (ECTs). We have various opportunities for leadership development within the curriculum and across the whole-school, which we would be excited to share with you if you are looking to take the next step in your development

    All teachers will receive 10% Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time each week, in addition to release time for ECTs. Whatever your teaching background, we would love to hear from you
