- Have experience of Infrastructure/Highways/Earthworks/RC structures.
- Be a source of technical advice and quality control for site.
- Provide levelling and surveying across site, checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations.
- Valid CSCS and experience of robotic total stations.
- A good understating of construction health & safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills.
- HND/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Understanding of AutoCAD
- Up to £46,000 (dependent on experience)
- 6,500 car allowance
- 7,200 lodge allowance for anyone commuting over 1.5hrs from site.
- 5 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Abatec is assisting a major Civil Engineering contractor with the recruitment of a permanent Site Engineer. Our client is delivering a £200million+ highways scheme in South Wales they are now looking to recruit a permanent Site Engineer within the company. This is an exciting opportunity to join the biggest highways scheme in South Wales. My client will also consider applications from Engineers who live outside of commuting distance of the project and will pay a lodge allowance.
