Role:
Invoicing Clerk (part-time)


Location:
Nottingham


Pay Rate:
Up to £24k DOE (pro rata)


Hours: 30 hours per week Monday-Friday
Harper Recruitment Group are excited to be working in partnership with a leading payroll solution organisation.

Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Invoicing Clerk to join their team.

This role is ideal for a skilled professional who thrives under pressure, excels at meeting deadlines, and values collaborative teamwork.


Invoicing Clerk Responsibilities:


  • Pulling out the contractor's paper files ready for invoicing
  • Maintaining and updating individual spreadsheets with invoice details
  • Raising invoice on SAGE
  • Chasing missing timesheets
  • Answering the telephone and handling any enquiries
  • Chasing contracts for Limited Companies
  • Filing remittance advices and archiving

What we are looking for:


  • Experience of invoicing is essential
  • Good Computer skills in Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone, for effective client interaction.
  • Experience using SAGE 50 is desirable
  • High attention to detail
