Cubit Insurance is a growing London Based Insurance Broker specialising in Commercial and Private Hire Insurance with ambitious plans for 2023.

We are passionate about what we do and are looking for an enthusiastic hard worker that's not afraid of getting stuck in.

Your role will primarily be focused on driving sales of commercial insurance products to new clients, this will include thinking outside the box to generate new leads and following up on incoming enquiries.

You should be able to develop strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue is a must have.

Duties include:

Your role will include dealing with incoming enquiries and generating new business across a range of industries, running through the quote process with our panel of existing insurers and placing the risk with the best insurer.

You will be responsible for building your own portfolio and managing the accounts to retain business.

You will be working to KPI's and producing regular reports for management as well as managing a team of junior brokers.

You will be required to seek new agencies where required and delivering excellent customer service to all clients.

You will also need to ensure all information is up to date on the CRM system whilst ensuring you are operating within FCA regulations.

Skills and Experience required:

Proven track record as an insurance broker in commercial insurance.
Indepth knowledge of insurance products, policies, and legislation.
Excellent communication and customer service/ account management skills.
Supervisory experience.
Analytical mindset and problemsolving aptitude.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, or related field (desirable).
