An exciting opportunity for somebody with excellent Managerial experience to join a fantastic manufacturing business based in the heart of Shropshire.

Scope - Business Systems Department

Role - to manage the Business Systems Team on a day to day basis, providing support to the group's subsidiary companies two of which are located on the same site and one near Tewkesbury.

Must have a proven track record of people management

The department's responsibilities include:

Product testing including Factory Production Control testing
Product Auditing
Process Audits
Administration of Company's I.T. systems
Training (Environmental, Manual Handling, Noise etc)
Create and update SOPs for subsidiary companies
Health & Safety, working alongside the Safety Officer to ensure the safe running of both sites

The successful applicant will not be expected to have experience in the above as training will be provided. They do need to be willing to play a hands on role within the department and must be an experienced people manager

**Full clean UK driving licence and use of vehicle essential
