Role
The Project Administrator will provide professional administrative support to a University Project. The post-holder will work in an effective, efficient, and supportive way ensuring interaction with stakeholders is high quality. The post-holder will also ensureaccurate records are kept for audit purposes.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday for three months in the first instance.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Maintain case records and logs associated with Academic Integrity & Misconduct.
  • To engage in effective data inputting and data management, making sure that associated records and logs are accurate and are uptodate.
  • To ensure that communications with stakeholders are accurate, effective and professional.
  • Arrange meetings, recruit panelmembers, ensuring that all the relevant information is presented in a timely and effective manner. Ensuring an accurate written record of proceedings. Follow up on actions.
  • To ensure adherence to data protection legislation.
  • To take responsibility for record keeping.
  • The postholder will be expected to undertake other responsibilities and tasks as reasonably requested by the Interim Academic Registrar.

Skills and experience
Education to GCSE level or equivalent.
Experience of working effectively as part of a team.
Ability to work independently, ensuring key tasks are completed to specified deadlines
Experience of problem solving.
Able to cope with variety and range of tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Able to demonstrate adaptability.
Enthusiastic, positive and proactive approach.
Able to represent the department in a professional manner to customers.
Ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Able to work unsupervised.
Able to commit to a regular pattern of work.
Ability to adapt to technological advances in the workplace.
