We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Reconciliation Manager to join our Reconciliation Services Centre of Excellence team .
Role is located in Manchester, UK – Hybrid Model (minimum requirement of 3 days per week in office).Leadership of a medium to large reconciliation team with strong focus on timely and accurate delivery to agreed timetables and SLAs whilst ensuring compliance with appropriate reconciliation standards, demonstrated via green KPI's & KRI's
Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contributions, their professional growth and their ability to function with their colleagues as an effective team.
Manages the performance and sets area priorities.Support Senior Recon Manager to identify and streamline business operations.
This includes but is not limited to enhancing controls by standardizing relevant business processes, managing/monitoring those activities to ensure quality and accuracy of data, as well as supporting key business programs which drive greater operational efficiencies and superior client service.
Supports the development of procedures and processes of the Reconciliation function within the business unit.Excellent collaboration and communication skills (spoken and written English min. Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum of 5 years of experience within similar area). Previous work experience in either FA or Reconciliation required.
Proficiency in use of MS Excel (pivots, formulas, etc.) Knowledge of SQL, XEH, GRX, TLM or other recon platforms
Analytical skills with a proven track record of working with comprehensive financial/numerical data. Experience working with large and complex databases and an ability to understand how they function/interact will be preferred.
