Description
Xpert Resourcing are pleased to be recruiting for a local company based on the outskirts of Ely who are looking to recruit a new team member to work in Customer Services / Admin - This is a full time position, working within the office in the Ely area.
Working within a small team you will be communicating with customers and suppliers on a daily basis, therefore excellent communication and organisation skills are key to this position.
Delivering a tailored response to each customer and treating them as individuals rather than a "one size fits all" approach.
Main Duties:
- Building positive relationships effectively and efficiently
- Dealing with inbound calls
- Ability to multitask logging calls and using CRM system while speaking with customers
- Keeping customers informed on outstanding orders and servicing requirements
- Speaking with suppliers / manufacturers
- General ad hoc office duties as required
Requirements:
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, service and accounts teams
- Numerical and Computer skills
- Meet and exceed customer service expectations
- Understanding of the overall customer experience and how to influence it
- Able to work in a fast paced environment, thinking and acting quickly
- Driven to achieve results
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Able to present information to the management team
Salary:
£24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
