Receptionist

Cults Medical Group is seeking a part time Medical Receptionist to join our friendly reception team.

25.5 hours per week.

WTE Salary £20,779 - £22,126 dependant on experience.

Experience of working in a patient/customer service role is preferred; however it is not essential as full training will be provided.

Duties include in person and telephone communication with patients, booking appointments, signposting, dealing with enquiries, passing on results and messages from clinicians, prescription administration, electronic filing and various other administrative tasks.

You will be required to work 25.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and have the ability to take on extra hours when required to cover periods of holiday or sick leave.
