- Qualified Solicitor or equivalent in Private Family Law
- Legal Aid background with some Private experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in managing various Family Law cases including cohabitation, pre/post nuptial agreements, divorce, finances, and children matters
- Capable of working autonomously.
- Skills in expanding connections and caseload to enhance the department.
- Establishing and sustaining strong client relations
- Friendly, approachable with a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working independently in an office environment
- Adaptable in challenging situations while maintaining composure.
- Driven.
- Preferably holds a Driver's license for potential office or client visits.
- Ideally part of Resolution Family Law Panel
- No formal dress code requirements. Maintain a smart and professional attire suited for the day.
