The successful Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Speaking with clients and understanding their needs
  • Working on multiple roles ensuring strict deadlines are met

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Recruitment Assistant will have:

  • Previous recruitment experience either from a recruitment consultancy or healthcare
  • The ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous healthcare recruitment and an understanding of medical recruitment is essential
  • Be able to go into the office 5 days per week

What's on Offer:

The successful Recruitment Assistant can expect a salary between £25-35,000.
