Salary: 90,000 to 10,000 plus bonuses and generous package

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR EMEA WANTED IN HARD (FACILITIES MANAGEMENT)
My client brings you integrated facilities management services with one goal in mind: to make people lives easier.

They believe in increasing efficiency by aligning with their clients to provide the right solutions, support, and facilities management servicesthey need to concentrate on what matters most to them.

My client is a global facilities management provider with turnover in excess of £1bn and 7,500 workforces.


Job Purpose:
Run a major EMEA pharma account worth circa 50m T/O, 100 Sites across Europe. The client is a major pharma client.


Principal Accountabilities:


  • Prepare an annual business plan and budget for the contract portfolio
  • Manage and own Account Plan
  • Carry out regular monthly reviews of P&L accountability
  • Ensure planned preventive maintenance programmes are up to date and meet the contract specification
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all the clients departments
  • Maintain accurate site contract administration files
  • Provide leadership and direction to site based staff, developing skills matrix and development plan
  • Take ownership projects and provide support as and when required
  • Ensure correct skill & competence levels of sitebased team to meet the contract scope
  • Preparation of the monthly report for the Operations Manager and Client, listing all relevant site based activities that occurred during the month
  • Be conversant with all statutory compliance processes and procedures

Person Specification:


  • Relevant experience within a similar role
  • Industry specific knowledge aviation
  • Appropriate trade qualifications either Electrical or Mechanical
  • Management and leadership training
  • Coaching / Development
  • Good IT skills including Excel and Word
  • Must be able to demonstrate leadership qualities
  • A good Level of interpersonal and customer relationship skills
  • Valid full driving licence
