  • A rare senior opportunity with a fantastic firm in Newcastle Commercial Property Partner (5 PQE +) A rare senior opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Partner to head up a superb departmentat a thriving Newcastle practice.
You will need a minimum of five years' experience in Commercial Property matters, including Landlord and Tenant, Leasehold and Freehold transactions, Land Acquisition and Developments gained in a well-respected Law firm.

Therole will require you to conduct and manage your own case load from initial instruction through to conclusion and to assist in marketing and business development of the department and firm.

You will be dealing with all types of non-contentious real estatetransactions and you will be backed by a very supportive team.
