Growing International business seeks to recruit an Internationally experienced divisional CFO to join a recent Private Equity acquisition on a 6 month Interim basis.

My PE client has recently acquired a business based in Belgium with various manufacturing sites across Europe, Asia and North America.

We are seeking an Interim CFO / FD prepared to get their hands dirty with Finance Transformation and Integration as well as project manage the consolidation of the various entities and produce a Group set of chart of accounts.

It is therefore essential thatyou are a technically trained Chartered Accountant, ideally based in Antwerp but could be based else where if you are willing to travel.

You will have a track record in finance transformation and be able to demonstrate an Interim career working for PrivateEquity backed business across Europe and Internationally.

You will be internationally mobile, have the right to work in Europe and be able to demonstrate that you know what excellent in Finance looks like.
