Operations Executive
At Firntec we are a fast-growing building safety consultancy specializing in fire safety and currently looking for a responsible, self - disciplined and confident individual to join our operations team as an operation executive to arrange and deliver jobs for our clients in a timely manner with potential to develop into an operations management role as a centrepoint for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling jobs for the surveyor
- Liaising with clients to book in jobs
- Contract management of large accounts with clients
- Managing diaries of fire risk assessors and consultants
- Day to day communication with surveyors onsite ensuring that access is provided to properties and ensuring KPIs are being kept to.
- Invoicing
- Managing direct labour and subcontractor surveyors and operatives onsite
- Managing jobs through our bespoke sales force scheduling software
- Frequent reporting into line manager
- Working directly with senior stakeholders to continually develop the operational process and improving the quality of our service offering
- Creating new client welcome packages
- Support with desktop validation of completed reports ensuring highest quality.
- Sharing and implementing ideas to continually improve processes across the operations department
- Ensuring the highest quality of service for all clients

Working Hours:
- 8:00 17:00
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Plymouth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
