VERTO HR are currently seeking an experienced Day Concierge to join a brand new residential development, based in Hackney.

The shift pattern will be, Mon-Fri reducing to once fully occupied)

Salary:
£27,000

Main Duties:

Delivering excellent & exceptional customer service to all residents and being the first point of contact for all people entering the property
Patrols
Key handling
Parcel deliveries
Good problem solving skills/using own initiative
Looking smart and well presented at all times
Positive attitude, helpful and friendly
Maintain regular and effective communication with the Estate Manager/team members

Experience within residential developments is a must, with a preference for previous experience within new build developments.
