Senior Design Manager - Client-side Property Developer

Residential & Hospitality

Working for a High profile Property Developer that specialise in Real Estate Mixed use development projects, you will have the opportunity to work on a signature high value residential and hotel scheme to deliver a first class 5* Hotel project in Central London.

As Senior Design Manager, you will work with the Project Delivery team in a primary client side project to oversee the Main Contractor delivering the hotel, coordinating design and procurement, coordination of Hotel FFE to practical completion.

Candidates would have a hands on Technical & Design Management background overseeing construction delivery of Residential and/or Hospitality projects. You may have experience working for a Property Developer or Architecture consultancy.
