Education Account Manager

Birmingham

Now hiring for an Account Manager to join a thriving Birmingham city centre based recruitment agency to manage the placement of supply tutors into schools based across the West Midlands.

Full job details:

8.30am 5pm Friday with reduced hours in school holidays.
30 days annual leave, your birthday off work, healthcare cash back scheme, pension, annual holiday incentive (Dubai/ Mykanos/ Ibiza), £28, ,000 basic salary + £500 commission expected per month.
Office based with 1 day per week work from home if needed.

Applicants will have a background in education, either as an Education Recruitment Consultant or as a teacher looking to move into a more commercial position.

It is essential that all applicants have excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenand are confident in being able to deal with and supply to head teachers as clients as well as manage and co-ordinate teachers into tutoring positions.

Ideally you will be able to drive, as there will be some local client visits involved to ensure abilityto build ongoing relationships
