    Job Description Role:
    Change & Communications Manager

    Role Type:
    Temporary – 6 Months
    Cambridge – Occasional Travel to Site Required / Flexible

    The unprecedented expansion of our portfolio and the rapidly changing business environment, requires sustainable, rapid and digitally enabled processes to deliver and support our 2030 Bold Ambition.

    Provide change management and communications support for major change initiative workstream(s).

    Partner with workstream leaders and project managers to ensure successful and sustainable delivery of all aspects of the initiative.

    Perform change impact assessments to identify key risks and resistance to successful implementation.
    Develop and deliver on comprehensive partner engagement, communications, and training plans to address challenges and ensure project success.

    Identify and define key messages to communicate the program narrative and then create key communication artefacts across multiple medias to drive transparency in support of the implementation of the Programme.

    Create plans for assessing Business Readiness of proposed workstream changes and the measuring of adoption and success of change.

    Support the programme and change leadership in the planning and activities related to Stakeholder Management & Engagement
    Ensure that a library of key communication assets and artefacts is created and maintained

    Identifies and works with key programme stakeholders to deliver key communication tasks – posts and written updates, through to senior stakeholder presentations and local/ global forums and town hall support.

    Strong Change management Skills/ understanding, with a record of delivering successful change.
    successful implementation and business value realisation.
    Strong understanding of successful Digital Transformation and implementing new operating models/ ways of working.
    Strong networking/consulting skills with good internal/external links

    Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence others both upward and downward to achieve objectives.

    Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language and in alignment with AZ business.

    Formal qualifications in change management and, project management methodologies
    Pharmaceutical R&D experience
