ABOUT WHIRLPOOL CORPORATION
The team you will be a part of:
- The Supply and Logistics team is responsible for keeping the appropriate levels of materials and/or stock supplies with the aim to maximize inventory control and company sales. Organizes deliveries to meet given deadlines and customer expectations. Supervises and tracks the flow of materials and products from suppliers throughout the organization.
This role in summary:
To manage all aspects of order processing, stock allocation, booking and customer liaison with our trade accounts.
You will be responsible for the management of orders for designated customers or certain geographical areas
The role includes liaison with all areas of Logistics and with various other business areas including Commercial.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering customer orders when required.
- Ensuring orders are allocated with required stock.
- Working with the Demand Planning team and Commercial contacts to ensure complete management of the order book.
- Processing of orders and delivery creation within SAP
- Using excel reporting to monitor delivery flows.
- Ensuring key KPI's on units per drop are achieved
Minimum requirements:
- Driven, proactive and keen to learn
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Amazing time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred skills and experiences:
- SAP knowledge preferable
- Excellent team player and collaborator
- Excel literate
