Kier highway Solutions are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Operatives to join our highway maintenance team based in Norfolk/Suffolk.

Responsibilities
Your day to day will include:
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment and traffic management procedures.
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assisting the drivers with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Assisting with the safe and efficient operation of excavators and other heavy equipment
- Recording and reporting any incidents or accidents on site.
Who are we looking for?
This role of a General Operatives is great for you if you have:
- Experience working in a similar role, such as a construction or labouring role.
- CSCS card
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Full Driving Licence
