An opportunity has arisen to employ a Transforming Care and Accommodation Housing Lead within Cheshire and Mersey Integrated Care System (ICS).

This includes working across 9 Local Authorities and 9 Places (previously CCG's).


As an ICS we require a full time Transforming Care and Accommodation Lead to work with local authority housing departments, commissioners in health and social care, estates teams, Housing Associations, and expert support providers.

Lead on the implementation of the Transforming Care Housing Plan which is in progress.
