Job description- The postholder will ensure the smooth running of the Dental School Office by providing professional secretarial/clerical support to the Director of Education and academics within the Centre for Dentistry. As Examinations Liaison officer, the postholder will co-ordinate all aspects of examinations and continuous assessments for 3rd, 4th and 5th year dental students in order to meet with General Dental Council (professional body) and University requirements. 4 years relevant work experience in an administrative/clerical role

  • Experience of administration of examinations
  • Experience manging complex student processes in a HE environment
  • Experience of committee servicing to include taking minutes and preparing reports
  • Experience of finance systems and process
